License Terms

1. Acceptance
By purchasing and using aGo Legal Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use aGo Legal Pro on the number of sites stated in your plan. The license includes updates and support for the purchased period. The code is distributed under the GPL where the GPL requires it; these terms govern access to updates, support and the commercial relationship.
3. No warranty
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software is error free or that its use will be uninterrupted.
4. Not legal advice
aGo Legal Pro provides tools to help you implement data protection measures. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any law, including GDPR, Chile Law 21.719 or LGPD. As the site owner you are the data controller and the party responsible for meeting applicable legal obligations. Consult a qualified professional.
5. Limitation of liability
This limitation applies only to claims arising out of, or related to, your use of the aGo Legal Pro software or this license. It does not cover any other matter unrelated to the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and with respect to those claims, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the aGo Legal Pro license in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.
We are also not liable for any regulatory fines or penalties you may receive. The reason is the one stated in section 4: compliance with applicable law is the responsibility of the site owner as the data controller, not an obligation of the software or of us. This is not an arbitrary exclusion, it reflects who carries the legal duty.
6. Refunds
As stated in the refund policy published at the point of sale (LemonSqueezy) at the time of purchase.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
